Our Origins
Rukaa began with a simple vision: to honor the discipline of traditional sushi while embracing the energy of modern dining. Founded in 2025 by Alvin Dayrit, the name “Rukaa” reflects our commitment to high quality ingredients and Japanese culture.
What started as a passion for fresh ingredients turned into a mission to serve the best sushi in Peachtree City. We wanted to create a space where the fish is always fresh, the rice is perfectly seasoned, and every guest feels like family.
