My wife, who is quite discerning about sushi, appreciated the freshness and the extensive menu offered. I enjoyed the calamari and oysters, which were very flavorful. Alvin’s sushi is more than just food; it’s a work of art. Every piece of fish is incredibly fresh and beautifully presented.

The Crispy Spicy Tuna (crispy rice topped with diced spicy tuna) is a must-try—a perfect harmony of crunchy, savory, and spicy flavors that is simply chef’s kiss. I also highly recommend the Hand of Merle roll, which features a generous mix of spicy tuna, snow crab, and cucumber, topped with shrimp and hamachi. Even the cooked dishes shine; the Teriyaki Chicken was some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and the Vegetable Roll was wonderfully refreshing, especially when paired with their ponzu sauce.

I absolutely love this beautiful spot and highly recommend trying as many rolls as possible!
